Job Description: Trade Support Executive Role Overview

The Trade Support Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting the closure of outstanding Import and Export Trade Finance transactions. The role requires proactive client engagement through calls and emails, effective

follow-up on pending documentation, and maintaining accurate MIS reports to ensure timely closure of cases.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Follow-up (60% Calling / 40% Email Communication)

· Contact clients regularly through phone calls and emails regarding pending Import and Export trade transactions.

· Follow up with clients for outstanding documents required for closure of EDPMS, IDPMS, IRM, ORM, BOE, Shipping Bills, and other trade-related cases.

· Provide guidance to clients on documentation requirements and closure procedures.

· Maintain qualified communication and ensure timely resolution of client queries.

MIS Management & Reporting

· Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS Excel trackers.

· Track outstanding cases, closure status, aging, and follow-up activities.

· Prepare reports and dashboards for management review and governance meetings.





· Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting of key metrics.

Internal Stakeholder Coordination

· Coordinate with Bank stakeholders including:

o Client Service Managers (CSMs)

o Relationship Managers (RMs)

o FEMA Team

o Branch Teams

o Trade Operations Teams

· Escalate pending cases and obtain required support for closure.

· Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

· Solid verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent client handling and follow-up abilities.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.

· Strong coordination and relationship management skills.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in Trade Finance Operations, Import/Export Documentation, EDPMS, IDPMS, IRM, ORM, BOE, or related banking operations.

· Experience in client servicing, trade support, or operational support functions.

· Knowledge of FEMA regulations and trade compliance processes will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
