We are looking for a confident and student-focused Admission Counselor to guide students and parents through course selection and the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand students’ interests and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records, leads, and follow-up data.
Meet admission and enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.
Participate in seminars, counseling sessions, and admission events.
Prepare regular reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Requirements




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and qualified approach.
Solid counseling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM tools.
Prior experience in admission counseling, education sales, or student counseling is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
