Senior Associate – Consulting

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹70,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Consulting to work directly with the Partner on high-value consulting assignments involving Valuation, Transaction Advisory, Virtual CFO/MIS Reporting, and Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review DCF, Comparable Company & 3-Statement Financial Models
Support ESOP and Business Valuations
Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and reconciliations
Support Due Diligence, Fund Raising & Transaction Advisory assignments
Research and draft Direct Tax positions and notice replies
Prepare Partner briefs, meeting minutes and follow up on open items
Develop templates and checklists for consulting engagements

Requirements
Qualified CA with completed ICAI Membership
Strong MS Excel and financial modelling skills
Good knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS and Income Tax
Working knowledge of GST
Experience with Tally or Zoho Books




Robust written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Tamil & English
Ability to independently research, analyse and present solutions

Good to Have
Exposure to Valuation / Due Diligence
Knowledge of Power Query, SQL or Dashboarding
Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting
