Tattva Fincorp Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations.
Lead and motivate the branch team.
Achieve branch business, sales, and collection targets.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports.
Build solid customer and business relationships.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Candidates with experience as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, Sales Manager,



or Senior Relationship Manager with team handling experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:
Gold Loan
Loan Against Property (LAP)
Vehicle Finance
Personal Loans
Group Loans
