ole: Field Sales & Student Recruitment Executive

Responsible for driving retail course/student enrolments through field sales, market visits, lead generation, and regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, market activities, and referrals.
Connect with prospective candidates and understand their career interests and requirements.
Counsel candidates on retail courses, training programs, career opportunities, and enrolment processes.
Convert qualified leads into successful student admissions/enrolments.
Conduct promotional and awareness activities to increase course visibility and generate current leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective candidates to drive conversions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and local market contacts.
Achieve assigned monthly enrolment and sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
