Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Sales Process) – SBI Project
About the Role:We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented individuals to join Teleperformance Marathahalli as Customer Support Executives for the SBI process. In this role, you will act as the direct point of contact for customers, providing guidance on banking services, resolving inquiries, and promoting relevant financial products. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners only.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, offering end-to-end resolution for customer banking queries.
Product Assistance: Explain SBI products, features, and service procedures clearly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Process Excellence: Maintain accuracy in logging call details, tracking customer requests, and adhering to compliance guidelines.
Goal Achievement: Meet individual daily and monthly call quality targets,



customer satisfaction standards, and process KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass OR B.Tech Graduates.
Languages Known: Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam (along with basic working English).
Skills: Solid communication skills, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.

Salary & Compensation:
CTC: ₹20,000 / month
In-Hand Salary: ₹16,000 / month
