International Voice Process – Job Description
Handle customer calls and provide skilled support to international customers.
Excellent verbal English communication and good pronunciation required.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Solid listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
NOTE:
Only experienced candidates and immediate joiners are eligible for this role.
