Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draughtswoman with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD, civil drafting, and building planning. The candidate should be capable of preparing accurate architectural and civil drawings for residential projects, coordinating with architects and engineers, and supporting the execution team with updated drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D architectural and civil drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop residential building plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
Assist in building planning, space planning, and layout development.
Prepare and revise drawings based on architectural designs and project requirements.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building regulations and planning requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and site execution teams.




Incorporate site measurements and changes into drawings.
Maintain accurate drawing records and ensure timely delivery of drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Assistantship, or a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience in AutoCAD / Civil CAD.
Hands-on experience in residential building planning and drafting.
Valuable understanding of floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
Knowledge of building dimensions, measurements, and basic construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Solid attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in villa and premium residential projects.
Knowledge of local building approval and planning norms.
Familiarity with SketchUp or other architectural design software.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
