AC Technician – Job Description

Job Title: AC Technician
Department: Maintenance / Technical
Location: [Tiruvallur]
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Install, service, repair, and maintain AC units.
Diagnose AC problems and identify faults.
Perform regular preventive maintenance.
Handle split, window, cassette, and other types of AC systems.
Check refrigerant levels and perform gas charging when required.
Repair electrical and mechanical components of AC systems.
Maintain service records and report technical issues.
Follow safety procedures while working.
Attend customer/service requests and complete work on time.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of AC electrical and refrigeration systems.
Troubleshooting and repair skills.
Ability to use AC service tools and equipment.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is preferred.
