Junior Architect Experience: 3–4 Years

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture

Salary Budget: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Projects: Commercial Buildings, High-Rise Projects & Colony Development

Key Responsibilities - Prepare architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings. - Assist in designing and developing commercial, high-rise and residential colony projects. - Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, contractors and site teams. - Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per approved drawings. - Make revisions and modifications in drawings as required. - Prepare BOQ, material specifications and project documentation. - Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and applicable building norms. - Resolve design and drawing-related issues with the site team.





Required Skills - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory. - Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / 3D software will be an advantage. - Positive understanding of architectural planning and construction practices. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. - Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate - 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial, high-rise or colony development projects. - Candidates with strong working-drawing and site-coordination experience will be preferred.
