The Accountant is responsible for managing the organization's financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and supporting the organization's financial planning and decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and finanacial transactions.
Handles sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain and verify invoivces, bills, vouchers and other financial documents.
Prepare and maintain ledgers and accounts statements.
Handles Tally and ensure accurate accounting entries.
Manage GST-related accounting and documentation.
Assist with GST filing and reconciliation.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor bank transactions.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of finanacial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts related matters.
Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of finanacial records.
Perform other accounting and financial related duties assigned by management.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 2 Years of experience in Accounting or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finanace or related field.
Good Knowledge of Tally and GST.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Positive MS Excel and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting tasks.
