Lead Calling & Follow-up
Call all assigned leads within the defined TAT.
Make timely follow-up calls to interested, pending, and inactive leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is converted or properly closed.
Lead Conversion
Convert leads into walk-ins through effective tele-counselling.
Follow up with walk-ins and prospective students to drive admissions.
Achieve monthly calling, walk-in, and admission targets.
Coordination
Coordinate with counsellors, centre managers, and the admission team.
Ensure interested leads are properly handed over for further counselling/admission processing.
Daily Reporting
Coordinate with counsellors, centre managers, and the admission team.
Ensure interested leads are properly handed over for further counselling/admission processing.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
