Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Strong experience in US IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
Valuable understanding of US work authorizations and employment types.
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, JobDiva/Bullhorn/Ceipal, or similar ATS/CRM tools.
Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, SAP, React, Angular, etc.
Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
