Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding
Draft job postings and source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Manage recruitment and credential verification for clinical and non-clinical staff
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
Run smooth onboarding and induction for recent joiners

Employee Relations and Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution in line with company policy
Plan engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events

HR Operations and Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and the HR database
Manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and timesheet records
Coordinate with finance on payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, leave trends)

Compliance and Policy
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
Help draft, update, and communicate HR policies and the employee handbook
Support audits and maintain documentation

Performance and Development




Support the performance review cycle
Coordinate training and development programs
Assist with exit interviews, clearances, and offboarding

Requirements
Education: MBA in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration (or MBA with a healthcare specialization)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an HR generalist or recruitment role. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/payroll tools
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Good organisation and time management

Positive to Have
Understanding of healthcare staffing, including clinical and non-clinical roles, shift rosters, and credential verification
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Exposure to payroll processing
Prior HR experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostics, or other healthcare setting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
