Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage complete store operations, sales, inventory, customer service, and team performance while ensuring smooth and productive store functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
Monitor daily sales and achieve store targets.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.
Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.




Handle customer queries and complaints.
Monitor billing and cash-handling activities.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.
