Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process for recent employees.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Pay: ₹9,461.67 - ₹22,000.00 per month
