Job Responsibilities:

● Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, etc.)

● Ensure listings are optimized (keywords, titles, images, descriptions).

● Run ads & promotions on marketplaces (AMS, Flipkart Ads).

● Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order fulfillment.

● Track sales, margins, returns, customer feedback.

● Robust ability to read, understand, and interpret ecommerce data to identify sales trends, SKU performance, growth prospects, and performance gaps.

● Prepare sales projections and demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, seasonality, and business targets.

● Manage stock planning and inventory forecasting based on projected sales, current inventory, sales velocity, and lead time to ensure optimum stock availability.

● Suggest pricing strategy & offers.

● Report weekly/monthly performance with insights & action plan.

● Handle compliance & penalties (avoiding account suspension, late dispatch, etc.).

● Train/manage his team members for routine operations.

● Responsible for revenue and profit generation for myTVS products from Amazon and Flipkart.

● Manage a profitable sales growth by ideating, creating,



managing and analyzing marketing campaigns; organic and paid

● Improve user experience of website, mobile website and mobile application by working closely with technical team

● Interact with customers and generate quality sales leads through digital mediums

Good to have Skills:

● Must have experience of selling product brands on Amazon & Flipkart

● Should be independently handling brand’s advertisements on Amazon and Flipkart

● Strong experience of generating quality traffic for websites

● Valuable knowledge of how to get positive reviews on products

● Data analysis skills using advance excel

● Confident and presentable to represent TVS Accessories brand independently to interact and win the confidence of CxO level brand representatives.

● An up-to-date and detailed understanding of ecommerce trends and the latest online sales tactics/best practices.

Experience:

● Minimum 5 years of product selling ecommerce experience on Amazon and Flipkart

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
