Key Responsibilities
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
Maintain employee records and HR data.
Coordinate with different teams for smooth HR operations.
Support training sessions, workshops, and HR activities.
Help maintain a positive and collaborative work setting.

Candidate Profile
MBA in HR.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to handle employee concerns with patience and empathy.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
