What You Will Do
Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood, met, and exceeded.
Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and motivate a small team to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
Bridge Communication: Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the team, keeping everyone aligned.
Retention & Growth: Build deep trust with clients to ensure long-term relationships and identify recent opportunities for collaboration.
Problem Solving: Proactively address client concerns and resolve internal bottlenecks to keep workflows smooth.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer success,



or a team lead/coordinator role.
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills—you can present ideas clearly and handle client calls with confidence.
Leadership Instincts: A natural ability to guide, support, and bring out the best in others.
Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high organizational skills and attention to detail.
