Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales qualified to manage dealers, develop recent business, and drive sales growth for the Lighting Division within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with electrical dealers, contractors, builders, consultants, and project customers.
Expand the dealer network and identify new business opportunities.
Generate sales through dealer, contractor, consultant, and project channels.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong customer relationships.




Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.

Requirements
Any Degree.
3 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Dealer Management.
Strong experience in direct dealer handling and project sales.
Good understanding of the electrical and lighting industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to independently manage and grow an assigned territory.
Customer-focused approach with good business acumen.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in lighting, electrical products, wires, cables, building materials, construction products, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
