Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and understand their study-abroad requirements.
Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
Hand-hold students from the initial counselling stage through admission.
Handle inbound student queries through phone calls, chat, email, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and support them in making informed decisions.
Drive student admissions and revenue generation.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding available study-abroad prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience.
Execute assigned plans and achieve defined business objectives.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, International Education, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust counselling and interpersonal skills.
Customer/service-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
