Recruitment and Staffing: Finding, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions.
Employee Onboarding: Guiding current hires through paperwork, orientation, advantages enrollment, and job expectations.
Compensation and Perks: Managing payroll, wages, health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and paid time off.
Performance Management: Coordinating performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback sessions.
Training and Development: Organizing skill-building workshops, leadership training, and continuing education programs.
Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, managing grievances, and mediating disputes between staff and leadership.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
