Key Responsibilities
Operate Solanki CNC machines for jewelry component manufacturing.
Set up machines according to production requirements and job specifications.
Load and unload raw materials such as gold, silver, and other jewelry metals.
Read and understand technical drawings, designs, measurements, and production sheets.
Select and set appropriate tools, cutters, fixtures, and machine parameters.
Run CNC programs and make necessary adjustments for accurate production.
Monitor machine performance and production output during operations.
Check dimensions, finishing, and quality of components using measuring instruments.
Identify and rectify basic machine, tooling, and production issues.
Maintain required production quantity and quality targets.




Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of precious metals.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the CNC machine and work area.
Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
Coordinate with CAD designers, supervisors, production staff, and quality teams when required.
