Job Summery : As the Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between the owner and the ground staff. Your primary goal is to ensure that all 2 salons run perfectly without the owner's daily presence, allowing for brand-wide consistency and expansion.

Key Responsibilities :
Staff Leadership : Manage rosters, attendance, and resolve any internal team conflicts.
Quality control : Audit service standards regularly to ensure every client gets a premium experience.
Inventory Management : Track stock levels of products / consumables and manage vendor orders.
Reporting : Provide weekly updates on sales, expenses and clients feedback.

Requirements :
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role (Salon)
Ability to handle high - pressure situations (e.g., peak wedding seasons) with a calm attitude
Fluency in Hindi (English is a plus).
Must be able to travel locally between branches.
Must be some knowledge of beauty sector

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
