Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, layouts, quantity estimates, BOQs, and technical reports.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
Review construction materials, method statements, work procedures, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimation, and resource management.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper implementation of construction standards and best practices.
Identify potential project risks and support corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.




Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering/construction projects, depending on project requirements.
Robust knowledge of RCC, concrete, masonry, steel, foundations, and general construction practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant civil engineering/project management software.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and construction planning.
Familiarity with relevant IS codes, building regulations, specifications, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, construction drawings, and technical documents.
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with site teams, and meet project deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹64,000.00 per month
