Identify key fashion trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment in order to achieve continued growth and profitability of the e-commerce business
Partner with the planning team to plan and develop entire product range for every season, open-to-buy, merchandising, costing and promotional strategies
Lead the product development team for developing the entire product range.
Assist the marketing team in catalogue development through effective photo-shoots and styling techniques.
Partner with team to run analysis and prepare selling hindsights on weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal basis in order to help identify prospects in the assortment. Communicate needs of the business to management on regular basis.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive online sales strategy.
