We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Skilled to join our RPO team and work closely with our client at their Coimbatore location.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for Retail Technology, Digital, Technology, Product & E-commerce roles.
Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, headhunting, referrals & databases.
Screen, assess and engage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Coordinate interviews, offers, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
Manage multiple mandates within defined TATs and client SLAs.




Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
Build strong talent pipelines and manage client stakeholder relationships.

What We’re Looking For-

3–6 years of recruitment experience
Strong lateral hiring & sourcing expertise
Retail Tech / Technology / Digital / Product / E-commerce hiring exposure preferred
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a client-facing RPO workplace
