Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, invoicing, petty cash, documentation, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance
Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices and bills.
Maintain sales and purchase invoices and related accounting records.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and documentation.
Maintain petty cash and record all cash transactions accurately.
Manage petty cash expenses, vouchers, and supporting bills.
Reconcile petty cash and maintain proper cash balance.
Assist with bank transactions and bank reconciliation.
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding invoices and payments.




Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
Assist the accounts team with monthly closing and basic financial reports.

Administration
Handle day-to-day office administrative activities.
Maintain office records, documents, and registers.
Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and services.
Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory records.
Support employee-related administrative requirements.
Coordinate internal communications and routine office activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
