Store Manager – Kidswear

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our baby and kids' clothing store and ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle customers and provide excellent service.
Manage store staff, work allocation, and attendance.
Monitor sales, achieve daily/monthly sales targets, and support the team.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate stock receiving, display, and replenishment.
Handle billing and cash management when required.
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Monitor inventory and minimize stock loss/damage.




Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in retail/store management preferred.
Experience in kidswear, fashion, or apparel retail is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Leadership and team-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management.
Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
