Position: Sponsorship Head – ARC (Ardee Racquet Club)

Location: Delhi NCR
Department: Business Development / Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to generate revenue for ARC events, tournaments, and initiatives.
Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential sponsors and brand partners.
Create compelling sponsorship proposals, packages, and pitch decks tailored to prospective partners.
Negotiate sponsorship terms, commercial agreements, and deliverables.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing sponsors and ensure successful execution of commitments.
Collaborate with the Events, Marketing, Communications, and Operations teams to deliver sponsorship benefits.
Research market trends and identify new partnership and revenue opportunities.
Track sponsorship pipelines, conversions, revenue targets, and partnership performance.




Represent ARC at relevant networking events, meetings, and industry forums.

Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, or a related field.
Solid networking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate/brand partnerships.
Experience in sports, events, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment is preferred.
Solid commercial acumen and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per hour
