Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day business operations & coordination
Coordinate between Sales, Accounts, Finance, HR, Admin, Marketing & other departments
Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
Monitor employee discipline, attendance & qualified behaviour
Identify operational issues and drive quick resolution
Coordinate with employees, customers & management
Track pending tasks, priorities & operational updates
Support management in implementing processes and decisions
