Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman with solid technical drafting skills and hands-on experience in preparing detailed architectural and working drawings.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate architectural working and construction drawings.
Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and architectural details.
Convert design concepts into precise technical drawings.
Prepare drawings as per site requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate drawings with architects, interior designers, structural consultants, and site teams.
Make revisions and updates based on design changes and site conditions.
Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed,



and issued within project timelines.
Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and execution requirements.
Maintain proper drawing records and revisions.

Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in architectural drafting.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and working drawings.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction.
Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and construction methods.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
