HR Recruiter – Patel Motors

Location: Indore | Experience: 1–3 Years | Full time

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to handle Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing through job portals, references and walk-ins.
Candidate calling, screening and interview coordination.
Regular follow-up for interviews, selection and joining.
Coordinate salary discussions and documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
Coordination with HODs and department heads for manpower requirements and interview scheduling.
Candidate and stakeholder coordination for interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
Inter-department coordination to ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:
Graduate with good communication skills.
Recruitment experience preferred, especially Blue Collar hiring.
Valuable calling, follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
