Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and references.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions simultaneously.
Coordinate with clients and internal HR teams.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
