Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at the site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
Verify measurements, quantities, and work completed for billing purposes.
Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
