About the Role

We are testing a next-generation, free ERP and accounting software designed for Indian SMEs. We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to join us and test the software.

What you'll do
Perform day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal vouchers) in our new ERP software
Compare outputs — ledgers, trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet, GST reports — against expected results
Identify bugs, inconsistencies, and UX issues and report them clearly
Suggest improvements based on your practical accounting experience
Gradually contribute to defining features, workflows, and compliance requirements as the software matures

What we're looking for
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory)




Solid understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping and Indian accounting practices
Familiarity with GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
A keen eye for detail and the ability to document errors clearly
Curiosity and interest in being part of building something recent
Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude

Positive to Have
Experience in a CA firm or SME finance team
Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
