Key Responsibilities

A. Incoming Quality Inspection – IQC

Inspect incoming PCB, components, connectors, cables and other materials.

Verify material against BOM, PO, part number, revision and specifications.

Check component value, package, polarity, quantity and physical condition.

Identify and record supplier-related defects.

Maintain incoming inspection records and rejection reports.

B. SMD / SMT Quality Inspection

Inspect PCB assemblies after printing, placement and reflow.

Perform visual inspection of SMD components and solder joints.

Check component polarity, orientation, missing components, wrong components and placement accuracy.

Review SPI and AOI inspection results where applicable.

Identify solder defects such as bridging, insufficient solder, solder balls, tombstoning, opens and component misalignment.

Verify first-off / first-piece production samples.

C. Through-Hole (THT) Inspection

Inspect component insertion and orientation.

Check lead length, polarity, component location and solder joints.





Inspect wave/selective soldering quality.

Identify solder bridging, cold solder, insufficient solder, excessive solder and lifted leads.

Conduct visual inspection after soldering and lead cutting.

D. In-Process Quality Control

Perform hourly / stage-wise quality inspections.

Verify production output against work instructions and quality standards.

Monitor defects and rejection trends.

Segregate defective material and ensure proper identification.

Stop or escalate the process when major quality issues are identified.

E. Final Quality Inspection

Inspect completed PCBA assemblies before dispatch.

Verify workmanship, labeling, connectors, hardware and visual appearance.

Check test status and required inspection records.

Ensure only approved products are released for packing and dispatch.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
