JOB REQUIREMENT

We are looking for a confident, articulate and persuasive Lead Conversion Executive to handle enquiries generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

This is a SALES-ORIENTED ROLE, not a basic telecalling/customer-service position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound calls from prospective patients generated through Google and Meta advertising, WhatsApp, etc.
Make prompt outbound calls to recent leads and follow up with interested prospects.
Understand the patient's condition, requirement and urgency through effective questioning.
Explain relevant physiotherapy, chiropractic, rehabilitation and other clinic services clearly.
Build trust and establish rapport with prospective patients.
Address common objections relating to fees, treatment duration, location,



doctor/physiotherapist availability and whether treatment is necessary.
Persuasively guide the prospect toward booking an appointment.
Follow up systematically and repeatedly with leads who do not book immediately.
Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up information in the CRM/lead management system.
Coordinate with the front desk/clinical team to ensure smooth appointment booking.
Track lead sources and conversion outcomes.
Achieve monthly appointment-booking and conversion targets.
The ideal candidate should:
Have 2+ years of telesales/inside sales experience.
Be comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.
Be naturally persuasive without being aggressive.
Have excellent spoken English, Telugu and Hindi.
Be comfortable speaking to patients from different age groups.
Be confident handling objections and asking for the appointment.
Have a robust follow-up discipline.
Be comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/lead-management systems.
Be target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
