6) Job Description :

Qualification  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Techno-Commercial, Technical Sales Support, Estimation/Quotation or Project Coordination.

 Prepare, verify, revise and share quotations/orders based on negotiations.

 Handle initial correspondence with clients/vendors and manage customer communication.

 Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing, dispatch and payment collection.

 Coordinate with Site Engineers, Installation Team, Technical Team,



Transporters and Suppliers as and when required.

 Handle walk-in customers and provide product/company details.

 Support team members, resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.

 Visit running sites with the Sales Team if commercial/coordination issues arise.

 Support inventory coordination for timely order execution.

 Maintain sales documentation such as proposals, contracts and related records.
