Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice/customer support process is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable communicating with international customers over the phone.
Only candidates currently based in Bangalore/Bengaluru are eligible.
Experienced candidates only – freshers are not eligible.
Valuable verbal communication, pronunciation, and active listening skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
