Moove Vehicle India Pvt Ltd is hiring a Collection Executive to support disciplined, customer-focused collection operations in Mumbai. The role will work closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate timely payments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to efficient account follow-up processes.

Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls and other approved channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
Explain dues, payment schedules, and resolution options clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of collection activity, customer conversations, commitments, and payment updates.
Follow up consistently on promised payments and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team.
Coordinate with internal operations and reporting teams to keep account information current.
Adhere to company policies,



customer service standards, and responsible collection practices.

Requirements
12th-pass qualification is required.
At least 1 year of experience in collections, field collections, tele-calling, customer follow-up, recovery, or a related role.
Positive communication and negotiation skills with a skilled approach to customer interactions.
Ability to organize daily follow-ups, meet targets, and work independently.
Basic comfort with mobile applications, record keeping, and routine reporting.
This is a full time, in-office opportunity based in Goregaon West, Mumbai.

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
