Experience Required : Min. 2 Yrs in Automobile Showroom at any brand.

Key Responsibilities :-
Post-Sale Follow-up: Ensure prompt contact with customers within 48 hours of vehicle delivery and coordinate timely delivery updates with sales and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) teams.
Customer Retention & Loyalty: Drive proactive outbound calls for service due reminders, routine maintenance tracking, and renewals for insurance or extended warranties.
Feedback & Complaint Management: Log, investigate, and resolve customer complaints gathered via inbound calls, emails, or factory feedback surveys. Close feedback loops only after confirming absolute customer satisfaction.
CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Tracking: Monitor and analyze dealership CSI scores, prepare monthly satisfaction status reports, and conduct root-cause analysis for any drops in ratings.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the sales, service, and workshop teams to streamline workflow, manage bookings,



and promote brand campaigns.
Database Maintenance: Keep accurate records of customer profiles, vehicle history, and service logs updated in the dealership's CRM software.

Requirements & Qualifications :-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or relationship management role, preferably within an automotive dealership setting.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, problem-solving aptitude, and familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) or CRM platforms
