Operations Intern

Location: Haldia, West Bengal

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

PPO: Performance-based

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Maintain and update operational trackers and records.

Monitor and follow up on pending tasks.

Support process documentation and reporting.

Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders when required.

Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues.

Prepare basic reports and MIS using Excel/Google Sheets.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.





Support the Operations team in various ongoing projects.

Requirements :

Graduate or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Can start the internship from 12th October

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
