Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Pre-Primary Teacher to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning setting for young children. The teacher will be responsible for planning age-appropriate activities, developing foundational skills, and supporting the overall social, emotional, and academic development of students.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons and age-appropriate classroom activities.
Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and general awareness.
Develop children's communication, social, emotional, motor, and cognitive skills.
Use creative teaching methods, stories, games, music, art, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
Maintain a secure, clean, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Monitor and evaluate students' progress and maintain appropriate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and progress.
Encourage good manners, discipline, hygiene, sharing, and positive behaviour.
Participate in school events, celebrations, activities,



and teacher meetings.
Coordinate with other teachers and school management for academic and administrative activities.
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.

Required Qualification
NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pre-Primary / Nursery / Kindergarten Teacher.
Candidates with experience in reputed preschool or school environments will be preferred.

Positive classroom management skills.
Creative and activity-based teaching approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and school norms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
