Niva Bupa Health Insurance is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead and expand our agency distribution network. In this high-impact role, you will be primarily responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a strong team of independent insurance advisors. Your daily focus will involve driving agent activation, supporting your team on joint field calls, and strategizing to meet ambitious monthly revenue targets for health insurance products, all while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a bachelor's degree and one to five years of proven field sales or business development experience, ideally within the insurance or broader financial services sector. We require someone with a robust local network, exceptional relationship-building skills,



and the drive to mentor individuals toward high-performance sales. This position offers a competitive salary, lucrative performance incentives, and a transparent path for career advancement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
