Job Description-

Key Responsibilities
Sell Life Insurance products to prospective customers.
Generate leads through self-sourcing, references, existing customer base and other sales activities.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, advantages, premiums and policy terms.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain regular interaction with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of insurance proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer servicing.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, sales and conversions.
Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Follow company policies, compliance requirements and sales processes.
