Key Responsibilities
Lead a team handling Title Search (Full Search / Current Owner Search)
Review property records, liens, mortgages, and ownership details
Ensure accuracy and meet SLA & productivity targets
Allocate work and monitor team performance
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
Perform RCA and improve process quality
Prepare reports using MS Office
