Position: Chartered Accountant Internal Audit & Process Excellence

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Role Objective

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant who goes beyond traditional accounting and audit. The role focuses on understanding client business realities, identifying gaps, designing SOPs, and ensuring robust financial control systems are implemented and monitored effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Audit & Risk Assessment

Conduct internal audits across clients (SMEs & growing businesses)

Identify control gaps, leakages, and inefficiencies

Provide actionable recommendations with a practical approach
SOP Development & Process Implementation

Design and document SOPs for finance and accounting processes

Align processes with business needs, not just theory

Drive implementation at client level and ensure adoption
Finance Control & Monitoring

Establish finance control frameworks for clients

Monitor adherence to processes and controls

Ensure timely reporting and accountability systems
Client Understanding & Advisory

Understand business models, challenges, and cash flow realities

Think from client perspective and provide solutions, not just observations





Work closely with business owners and leadership teams
Team Handling & Execution

Manage and guide junior team members

Ensure quality and timely delivery of assignments

Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Compliance

Hands-on experience in Internal Audit / Process Consulting

Ability to design and implement SOPs

Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients

Experience in handling or leading a team is preferred
