Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and grievances
Plan and execute team engagement and culture-building initiatives
Manage payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
Maintain HR records and generate workforce analytics reports
Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to build and retain a high-performing team

Requirements
3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT/tech
Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HR tools (HRMS, ATS, payroll software)
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Experience scaling teams in a rapid-growing startup workplace

Qualifications
MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
