The key responsibilities include:
Supervising Loading Activities: Ensure that all loading tasks are carried out efficiently and safely, maintaining high standards of quality.
Team Management: Lead a team of loaders, providing guidance and support to ensure that everyone works effectively and follows safety protocols.
Planning and Coordination: Schedule loading operations and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch of goods.
